A mid-size Dallas accounting firm experiencing significant growth was hiring an average of 20 people a year. The firm found itself paying more than $250K in placement fees to recruiting firms throughout Texas.
Our Solution
With our background and experience managing finance and accounting search firms in Houston. We were engaged to create and implement an internal search practice within their firm so that they could substantially decrease the amount of fees they were paying each year. We provided the skills and processes which taught them how to write job descriptions, where to source candidates, how to perform phone and face-to-face interviews, how to perform reference and background checks, including how to write the offer letter. We hired a full-time recruiter at $50K/year plus commission and trained him on our processes. The firm saved more than $250K the first year the program was implemented.
